A dynamic and customer-focused Claims and Compensation company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head of Compliance to oversee and lead their compliance function. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing compliance in a highly regulated environment, with extensive knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations and a deep understanding of the Claims Management industry.
This new role is to be office-based in the company’s Liverpool city centre HQ and offers a competitive salary of £65,000-£75,000 DOE as part of a generous remuneration package. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a crucial role within a rapidly evolving industry.
