Fletchers Solicitors are seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to play a pivotal role in safeguarding our regulatory standards and supporting our ambitious strategic plans. Reporting directly to the Director of Compliance and working closely with our Chief Legal Officer, this is a high‑impact leadership position where you will influence business‑wide compliance strategy, lead and develop a talented team, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of legal transformation, supporting business growth through mergers & acquisitions, and ensuring our systems, processes and people uphold the highest standards of ethical and regulatory compliance.
