Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior leadership roles within Commercial Property Practice.
• Extensive knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation and property valuation.
• Demonstrable experience in dealing with external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the long‑term strategic vision for the Commercial Property function.
• Manage the in‑depth analysis of the commercial portfolio’s performance.
• Oversee all property transactions, negotiations and financial management.
