A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Head of Commercial Finance to lead financial strategy, influence commercial decisions, and manage a capable finance team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience in commercial finance and strong financial modeling skills. Benefits include hybrid working, generous annual leave, and various employee perks.
At Boots Hearingcare, everything we do is about improving lives through better hearing. As part of the Sonova Group, we draw on global innovation and clinical expertise, while remaining grounded in the communities we serve through our partnership with Boots across the UK.
We are entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation – with new store formats, evolving customer journeys and a renewed focus on performance, data and insight. To support this, we are strengthening our finance leadership team.
We’re looking for a commercial, forward‑thinking and influential Head of Commercial Finance who can provide clarity, challenge and strategic insight.
This isn’t a reporting‑only role. It is hands‑on, business‑facing and plays a central role in shaping commercial decisions across the business.
You’ll lead a small, capable finance team and partner closely with senior leaders across Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Retail Operations and Supply Chain – helping us understand performance, optimise profitability and confidently allocate investment.
This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, translating complexity into clarity, influencing decisions, and improving how the business uses data. Someone who instinctively asks “what’s really driving this?” and can help others see it too.
