About The Role

The Head of Commercial Execution is responsible for embedding and elevating executional excellence across the commercial organization. This role ensures that strategic revenue growth plans are translated into consistent, high-impact market execution through frameworks, tools, and capability building. It drives the implementation of pricing, promotional, and selling strategies, enabling teams and partners to deliver against the Picture of Success with precision and consistency.

Key Responsibilities Include :
Commercial Execution Strategy & Governance
  • Design and embed a Commercial Execution Playbook that defines core execution standards across pricing, promotion, and selling.
  • Lead the development of a Category-Led Sell Execution Blueprint, aligning selling stories with category growth drivers and shopper insights.
  • Ensure executional alignment with revenue growth strategies, including pricing architecture and promotional guardrails.
Pricing Execution & List Price Discipline
  • Embed and govern the list price approach across the commercial team, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Partner with Revenue Growth Planning to translate pricing strategies into executable plans at customer and channel level.
  • Monitor pricing execution and accelerate deviations to ensure strategic integrity.
Picture of Success Execution
  • Drive the implementation of the Picture of Success framework across channels and customers.
  • Set executional targets and lead progress tracking to ensure delivery against commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Category teams to refine execution KPIs and reporting tools.
Capability Building & Training
  • Lead the design and rollout of negotiation and execution training programs across the commercial organization.
  • Define executional excellence standards and embed them through coaching, tools, and best practice sharing.
  • Partner with HR and Sales Capability teams to build long-term executional capability.
Distributor & Partner Management
  • Create and embed a Distributor Management Blueprint to standardize execution expectations and performance tracking.
  • Align distributor execution plans with commercial priorities and revenue growth strategies.
  • Monitor distributor compliance and performance, driving continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Category, Revenue Growth Planning, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans.
  • Act as a key interface between strategic planning and field execution, ensuring feedback loops and continuous refinement.
  • Contribute to commercial planning cycles (AOP, IBP, LRP) with a focus on execution readiness and capability.
What You'll Bring :

  • Strong understanding of pricing architecture, promotional mechanics, and sell-in execution.
  • Understanding Distributor set ups and operating model with experience across multiple markets
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive executional discipline.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a bias for action and results.
