Are you a purpose-driven commercial leader ready to make a continent-wide impact? We're seeking a dynamic Head of Commercial - Europe in this newly created role, to elevate performance across our European Business Units, empower high-performing teams, and shape the strategic direction of one of the world's most iconic hospitality portfolios.

What You'll Lead: Tactical Leadership That Delivers Results
  • Roll up your sleeves and partner closely with BU Directors of Commercial (DOCs) to drive in-year performance - ToRE, RGI, RevPAR, Enterprise Metrics and more.
  • You'll identify priorities, troubleshoot performance challenges, and strengthen franchisee engagement to unlock revenue growth across Europe.
  • Create a Unified, Scalable Commercial Framework
  • Establish a unified, high-performing commercial approach across the Division by championing leadership that drives efficiency and consistency.
  • You'll design and embed best-practice approaches to hotel prioritisation, franchisee communications, ways of working, analytics, tools, training, and talent development - setting the gold standard for European commercial operations.
  • Drive Strategic Alignment & Collaboration
  • Serve as a key interface with functional teams across the Division and Global organisation to align plans with divisional priorities.
  • Effectively collaborate with the Heads of Revenue, Sales, and Marketing to steer tactical investment decisions that maximise returns and fuel performance across the region.
  • Influence the Future of the Business
  • Provide thought leadership into major strategic initiatives to underpin current and future commercial performance.
  • You'll help craft the multi-year commercial strategy that positions the division for long-term success across Europe.
  • Champion Talent & Leadership Development
  • Lead and inspire the current Commercial team, cultivating a cohesive team environment that encourages collaboration, shared best practices, and collective achievement.
  • Build and nurture Europe's commercial leadership pipeline.
  • You'll identify rising stars, develop senior leaders, partner with HR on targeted leadership programmes, and shape a thriving in-market commercial community.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated and substantial commercial expertise gained within or working with branded (ideally, multi-branded) hospitality organisations.
  • A track record of success in driving revenue performance across the full commercial spectrum; Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Distribution and Channels.
  • Demonstrated leadership of senior commercial teams, with experience building alignment, strengthening collaboration, and promoting consistency across multiple markets and cultural contexts.
  • A strong influencing track record within matrix organisations, collaborating, influencing and uniting Divisional, Regional (EMEAA), and Global stakeholders around current and future commercial priorities.
  • Expertise leading complex, multi-market strategic projects in a franchise environment.
Location and Travel

The role is based in Windsor with a 3/2 hybrid working model and requires the flexibility to travel up to 30% as needed.
