Bridewell seeks a Head of Cloud Engineering to lead and grow our Cloud Security practice in a strategic leadership capacity. You will define vision, capability, and commercial success for our cloud offering while ensuring delivery excellence for clients.

The role drives AI and cloud security technologies adoption, strengthens partnerships with Microsoft, and builds a market-leading team of cloud security specialists through cross-functional collaboration and client-facing consulting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading client-facing cloud security consulting or professional services
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
• Proven track record building and guiding high-performing cloud security teams

Responsibilities

• Define and execute theCloud Security strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead the Cloud practice and mentor Cloud Security Consultants and Specialists
• Engage with executives to define cloud security strategies and opportunities
• Drive partnerships with Microsoft and other security vendors and enable pre-sales activities
