AB Agri Ltd is seeking a Head of Cloud & Infrastructure to shape the cloud and infrastructure strategy, delivering secure, automated platforms in a hybrid London/Peterborough environment. You will drive platform engineering, IaC, and product-led practices while leading global teams and aligning with business priorities.

The role demands senior leadership across cloud platforms, security, and governance, with a track record of transforming large technology organisations for growth and efficiency.

The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Head of Cloud & Infrastructure

Location: London/Peterborough (Hybrid)

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

We're looking for an experienced technology leader to shape the future of our Cloud & Infrastructure services. As Head of Cloud & Infrastructure, you'll own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of our cloud and infrastructure platforms, helping drive our transition to a product-led operating model. You'll lead the evolution of scalable, secure and highly automated platforms that enable business growth and deliver measurable value across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Define and deliver the vision, strategy and roadmap for Cloud & Infrastructure services.
• Lead the transformation to a cloud-first operating model centred around Microsoft Azure.
• Own cloud platforms, infrastructure services, identity management and associated architecture capabilities.
• Drive platform engineering, automation and self-service capabilities to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Champion Infrastructure as Code, DevOps and continuous delivery practices.
• Establish governance, security, resilience and lifecycle management frameworks.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align platform investments with strategic priorities.
• Build and develop high-performing global teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Location

Hybrid, a mix of office and homeworkingwith regular presence in our Peterborough and London locations.
