The Role

The Head of Clinical Services is a pivotal member of the Centre Leadership Team, shaping the culture, quality, and clinical standards of the Richmond centre; before, during, and after opening. The role has two distinct phases:

Build Phase (pre‑opening)
  • Governance and quality frameworks
  • Clinical pathways
  • Policies, procedures, and SOPs
  • Staffing models and workforce planning
  • CQC readiness
Operating Phase (post‑opening)
  • Exceptional client‑centred care
  • Consistently high standards
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Safe and efficient clinical operations
  • An empowered, engaged clinical team
