The Opportunity

We’re looking for a high‑calibre medical professional with IT / e‑Health experience and a track record of engagement with AI and automation to join us on a full‑time, permanent basis in a pivotal leadership role.

This is a mission‑critical role, where you will be enabled to make a real impact and drive engagement with new technology and processes to ensure we maintain our market‑leading position and reputation for quality.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the promotion and development of engaging clinical content creation across our portfolio of healthcare solutions.
  • Manage healthcare professionals and Solution Leads who author data and content that underpin our software solutions.
  • Deliver high‑quality clinical content in line with UK and international standards while maintaining appropriate quality, controls and procedures.
  • Promote the appropriate adoption of AI and automation.
  • Contribute to our strategy as it relates to clinical content.
  • Support and oversee the work of team leaders.
  • Manage resource budgets and delivery timeframes.
  • Ensure clinical processes are embedded to maximise value.

Please note that this is a hybrid role; you will be required to attend the office in Exeter twice a week.

About You
  • Accredited Pharmacist, Medical Doctor or a comparable qualification.
  • Previous experience in the IT or e‑Health sector and in a healthcare or NHS‑related organisation.
  • Experience in clinical publishing in a digital format and/or familiarity with content management systems.
  • A track record of adopting new tools and processes, such as AI and automation.
  • History of budgetary control and IT proficiency.
  • Confident, curious, with strong interpersonal, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills and a passion for excellence and innovation.
