You’ll be leading our client strategy offering, helping advise world-famous brands how they can do more with their marketing and customer data.

What you’ll do
  • Advise key clients on their marketing data, analytics, activation and AI strategies

  • Develop and implement consultative frameworks and approaches, building on our ethos of delivering value quickly and regularly

  • Contribute to our marketing and thought leadership efforts by creating content and participating in relevant industry events

  • Collaborate with other practice leaders to advance our product and service offerings

Experience
  • Leading a team (doesn’t have to have been a big one!)

  • Working in a specialist data and analytics consultancy, or the data and analytics practice within a marketing agency

  • Being a trusted advisor to senior-level clients within large, complex organisations

Must-have skills and knowledge
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage internal teams and influence external stakeholders at all levels

  • Deep understanding of marketing data, the benefits of marketing data warehouses and CDPs, principles of data governance and privacy, data visualisation and analysis, activation and agents

  • Familiarity with the Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud toolset, specifically Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and BigQuery

  • An insatiable appetite for AI with evidence of early adoption and a hands-on builder attitude

  • A strong commercial mindset with an understanding of agency and consulting operating models

Nice-to-have skills and knowledge
  • Hands-on implementation, engineering or analysis skills

  • Up-to-date certifications in the Google Marketing Platform or Google Cloud

  • Previous client-side experience leading a marketing data and analytics team

Holidays, benefits and perks
  • 25 days a year holiday as standard plus Bank Holidays

  • Additional paid time off for our Christmas closure (usually 3 days)

  • Plus, an extra day off for your birthday!

  • Holiday buy-back scheme (up to 10 extra days)

  • Three charity days a year - to give back to a cause or initiative close to your heart

  • Private healthcare, mental and financial wellness schemes

  • The opportunity to earn an additional, certification-based bonus of up to £4k a year

  • Flexible working - tell us what you need to do your best work, and we’ll do our best to accommodate

  • Plenty of socials, hackathons and opportunities to hang out with colleagues, both remote and IRL
