Manchester (Hybrid: 3 office / 2 WFH)
A fast-growing creator-led content agency and SaaS platform is looking for a Head of Client Services to lead client relationships, elevate delivery, and play a key role in building one of the most exciting creator‑economy businesses in the UK.
If you're passionate about creators, social‑first content and leading high‑performing teams, this role sits at the centre of it.
3-5+ years in Client Services, Account Management or Creative Strategy (agency experience preferred)
Strong understanding of UGC, social‑first content, the creator economy and creative strategy
Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships confidently
Experience mentoring or leading a small team (currently 2 AEs)
Excellent communication skills across clients, creators and internal teams
Highly organised with strong project management abilities
Bonus: experience identifying upsell opportunities or supporting renewals
Lead and inspire the Client Services team
Champion quality, communication and creative excellence
Mentor Account Executives across workflow, client expectations and problem‑solving
Work closely with leadership to build scalable processes and systems
Build trusted, long‑term relationships with senior client stakeholders
Deeply understand client goals, challenges and marketing rhythms
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and improve outputs
Support renewals with clear plans and recommendations
Contribute to pitches and new business conversations
Some involvement in creative strategy and brief development (nice to have)
Ensure all deliverables are on time, on brief and aligned with brand expectations
Lead client meetings, including agendas, documentation and follow‑ups
Delegate effectively across AEs and Creator teams
Act as the final QC before content or documentation is sent out
Maintain updated WIPs, roadmaps and internal reporting
Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements
