We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and inspirational individual to join our team as Head of Chemistry. This is an exciting opportunity to lead an established and highly successful department, working alongside a talented and experienced team of specialist teachers who share a passion for their subject and a commitment to academic excellence.

The successful candidate will build upon the department’s considerable strengths, providing academic leadership and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous development.

An immediate priority will be to lead the development and introduction of our new GCSE Chemistry programme, ensuring that it reflects the College’s distinctive approach to teaching and learning and provides an exceptional foundation for further study. The role offers an opportunity to shape the future direction of Chemistry at NatMatSci as the College enters an exciting new phase of its development.
