A leading financial services firm in the City of Westminster is seeking a Head of Change Guild to oversee capacity and capability planning within the organization. The role involves leading workforce planning, governance, and budget management to ensure effective delivery of change initiatives. Candidates should possess extensive experience in project delivery, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders. The Change Guild defines and governs capacity, capability, and delivery standards for the organisation's change portfolio. The Guild focuses on building high-performing change communities, aligning to AXA's long‑term delivery strategy, and enabling product‑aligned delivery across programmes, projects, and products in a hybrid delivery model. As Head of Change Guild, you’ll lead capacity and capability planning for AXA UKI, ensuring we have the right people, practices, and partnerships to deliver at scale. You’ll orchestrate workforce planning, capability development, governance, and budget, while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across change disciplines.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
