A leading education provider is seeking a Head of Capital Projects to manage a multi-site investment programme. The role involves overseeing construction and refurbishment, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Luminate Education Group is seeking an exceptional Head of Capital Projects to lead the delivery of our ambitious multi‑site investment and estates transformation programme. This is a rare opportunity for a visionary capital projects leader to drive strategic development, oversee major construction and refurbishment schemes, and play a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape for years to come.
In this role, you’ll lead the management, development and delivery of our capital projects programme and large revenue projects from shaping the initial brief, through construction, right the way to completion and close‑out. You’ll work closely with teams across the Group, building strong relationships with colleagues in MIS, Finance, IT, HR, Property and Maintenance, Capital Projects, Student Recruitment and Marketing.
