We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a dynamic Head of Operations to help us take Social Allies to the next level.

The Role

The Head of Operations will be the driving force behind our internal processes, team performance, and business growth. You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the agency, ensuring our team is supported, projects are delivered on time, and clients receive exceptional service.

You’ll also take a lead on Social Allies campaigns, bringing your strategic vision and creativity to ensure outstanding outcomes. In addition, you’ll drive new ideas and revenue streams, launch new services, and always act as a brand ambassador, representing Social Allies externally and spotting opportunities to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Oversee the Social Allies team, managing workloads and capacity to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative culture built on accountability, communication, and creativity.
  • Support individual growth and development through regular check-ins and clear progression plans.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows, systems, and processes across the business.
  • Ensure all projects are scoped, planned, and delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, continuously improving ways of working.
  • Client Management & Campaign Leadership
  • Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, building trust, managing relationships, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Take the lead on Social Allies campaigns, driving strategy, execution, and results.
  • Support new client onboarding and oversee the successful delivery of campaigns and retainers.
  • Business Growth, Innovation & Brand Ambassadorship
  • Generate new ideas and develop revenue-generating opportunities for Social Allies.
  • Launch new services, products, or initiatives that align with market trends and client needs.
  • Always act as a brand ambassador, representing Social Allies externally and spotting opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and growth.
  • Strengthen the Social Allies brand through clear processes, innovation, and a culture of excellence.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in an operational or management role within a creative, digital, or marketing agency.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator who’s comfortable being client-facing and commercially focused.
  • Experience leading campaigns and translating strategy into results.
