An international total facilities management company is seeking an experienced Head of Business Development to drive new and existing business focusing on Soft and Hard FM services. You will work closely with the Commercial & Managing Director, leading the Business Development Department to secure new business through competitive tendering processes. This hybrid position requires excellent communication skills and a full UK driving licence. Competitive salary and generous car allowance offered.
My client is an international total facilities management company, who offer multi disciplinary services in hard, soft, commercial and energy.
They are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Business Development, to drive new & existing business, with a focus on Soft and Hard FM services for the UK Group.
You will be working closely with the Commercial & Managing Director and will be responsible for the Business Development Department, with a primary focus in securing new business, and retaining existing business through competitive tendering processes.
In addition, the Business Development Manager will network within the private and public sector to develop & drive my client's Total FM Service Solutions throughout the UK.
This is a hybrid position, with regular office days in the London and High Wycombe offices. A full UK driving licence will be required for this position.
Salary: £75k per annum
Car Allowance: £8,400 per annum (£700pcm)
A generous bonus/commission structure for secured business/contracts awarded
