Our initiatives include launching a 40,000 farmers project in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and reducing air pollution from stubble burning in Punjab.

We’re hiring a Head of Business Development to work directly with the C‑suite to grow Mitti Labs’ global commercial footprint. You’ll lead the full sales cycle—building senior relationships, securing long‑term partnerships, and closing multi‑year carbon credit and insetting agreements. You’ll also bring market intelligence back into the business to shape our product, positioning, and GTM strategy.
This is a high‑agency role for someone who thrives in early‑stage environments and wants to help build a market from the ground up. The role includes regular global travel for client meetings and industry events.
