Head of Business Development

Location: Coventry
Hours: 37 per week
Salary: £46,000 per annum (+ potential commission)

A leading leisure and cultural organisation in Coventry is seeking a Head of Business Development to drive its new Commercial Strategy. The organisation offers a diverse portfolio, including museums, leisure centres, destination venues, community programmes, and cultural events. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the organisation's Commercial Strategy.
  • Drive sales across Hospitality & Events, Food & Beverage, Retail, and Paid Admissions.
  • Build and manage corporate partnerships, identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Oversee contracts, pricing, and profit margins.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial goals with organisational objectives.
  • Deliver customer-focused initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction.
Person Specification
