We’re a fully remote, multicultural company with over 50 in‑house experts and 200+ freelancers worldwide.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Head of Business to shape the future of our global affiliate and market portfolio. Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll drive performance, strategy and development across our business units, ensuring that every market operates efficiently, profitably, and in line with NSN’s global objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Strategic Leadership & Market Development
    • Define and execute NSN’s medium and long‑term business growth strategy in collaboration with the COO.
    • Prioritize and guide market opportunities in partnership with the Head of Market Expansion.
    • Approve market business cases and oversee early performance phases.
    • Ensure coherence between business strategy, product development, marketing, and media initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to align on monetization and revenue diversification strategies.
    • Propose new business models, tools, or processes to boost scalability and performance.
  • 2. Performance Management
    • Monitor and consolidate business performance (revenue, EBITDA, ROI) across markets.
    • Lead the development of unified, data‑driven reporting systems.
    • Identify growth opportunities and optimization levers across teams.
    • Support the COO in business forecasting and budget planning.
    • Supervise competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations and platform standards.
    • Translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
    • Lead the transversal business team.
    • Define standards, methodologies, and tools shared across all Business Managers.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and performance.
  • 5. Cross‑Functional Alignment
    • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations leaders to align priorities and objectives.
    • Contribute to the development of internal tools, workflows, and data processes.
    • Act as a bridge between strategic planning and day‑to‑day business operations.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in business leadership, performance management or strategy (ideally in digital media, affiliate or iGaming).
  • Strong understanding of multi‑market operations and P&L management.
  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving growth through data.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in an international, fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
