This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior leader to take full responsibility for the performance, growth, and culture of a prestigious site.

The Role

As Head of Business, you will take overall accountability for the dealership's success, ensuring excellence across sales, aftersales, and customer service operations. You will lead and inspire your management team, drive financial performance, and uphold the brand's reputation for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Full P&L ownership of the Exeter dealership, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Leading Sales, Aftersales, and Support Managers to deliver exceptional results across all departments.
  • Setting and monitoring KPIs to achieve both manufacturer and group objectives.
  • Implementing and driving business strategies aligned with brand and group standards.
  • Creating a high-performance culture built on coaching, motivation, and accountability.
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA, manufacturer, and company policies at all times.
  • Representing the dealership at manufacturer and group level, maintaining strong professional relationships.
