As Head of Brokers and Product Marketing, you’ll define how CFC takes its products to market and connects with brokers around the world. You’ll lead an international team driving awareness, engagement, and loyalty to CFC, delivering a world‑class marketing programme.
Working with the Marketing Director and senior stakeholders, you’ll set strategy, deliver impactful campaigns, ensuring our communications are clear, consistent and keep the broker and product marketing agenda front and centre. Collaboration is key, you will be partnering with teams across Marketing, Communications, and Content to deliver plans that make an impact. This is a senior, visible role at the heart of CFC’s growth, leading marketing that drives performance and builds our reputation globally.
We’re looking for an accomplished marketing and communications professional with solid experience in B2B or intermediated environments, ideally within insurance or financial services. Strategic and commercially minded, you’ll have strong expertise in product marketing, go‑to‑market strategy, and client engagement, with the confidence to make decisions that deliver real results.
A proven leader who builds trust and brings people together, you’ll balance big‑picture thinking with hands‑on delivery. You’ll be skilled at managing budgets, priorities, and stakeholders across a global business, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, complex environment. You communicate clearly, make sound decisions, and thrive in a collaborative culture.
Degree‑level education in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Professional certifications such as CIPR, CIM, or IR Society would be an advantage.
