Role Summary

As our Head of Brand, Marketing and Communications (within the wider External Affairs directorate), you will increase the profile of Cycling UK’s brand, focusing on engagement with priority audiences. Working closely with the Commercial directorate, you will align marketing and communications to maximise impact and income. You will lead a team of 11 people, delivering the Brand, Marketing and Communications Strategy and embedding the brand across the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Brand, Marketing and Communications Strategy for Cycling UK.
  • Grow brand profile and engagement across priority audiences.
  • Align marketing and communications with the Commercial directorate to maximise impact and income.
  • Manage a team of 11 people, ensuring high performance and effective delivery.
  • Ensure use of latest digital tools and platforms for digital marketing, supporter journeys and content strategies.
  • Collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders to embed the brand across the organisation.
