Breaking down the brand marketing strategy to create clear objectives, including leading the planning and execution of campaigns.Overseeing multi-channel brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social, ensuring a seamless and impactful brand experience for customers.Working closely with the CRM, Growth, and Commercial teams to make sure brand marketing efforts align.Identifying and launching new brand-building initiatives, including influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential activations to enhance customer connection and loyalty.Coordinating Zapp company and VIP engagement events, ensuring they align with brand strategy.Overseeing brand perception tracking, focus groups, and consumer research to gather insights that inform brand strategy and enhance customer experience.Driving the creation of high-quality brand content, working with in-house teams to produce compelling storytelling assets for campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.Managing Brand Marketing Associate(s), supporting their development and execution of brand marketing strategies.
8+ years’ experience in B2C brand marketingProven experience in developing and executing multi-channel brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social media.Able to shape and evolve a brand’s positioning, messaging, and visual identity to enhance customer engagement and market presence.Strong creative and analytical mindset, balancing data-driven decision-making with innovative campaign execution to optimise brand awareness, engagement, and ROI.Customer-focused approach, with an understanding of audience segmentation, consumer behaviour, and insights-driven marketing strategies.Ownership & leadership mindset, demonstrating proactivity, strategic thinking, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.Strong leadership skills in directing, developing and supporting a team.
