The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Head of Growth — a commercially minded marketer who can sit at the front of the business and drive how the world sees, understands and engages with ICP Search. This role blends hands‑on marketing, CRM ownership, and brand evangelism. We're looking for intrapreneurial qualities to drive audience growth, lead generation and client engagement while representing ICP externally across the sport, media, and tech industries. You’ll be a key figure in our journey as recruitment becomes more marketing‑led, specialist, and content‑driven.

What You’ll Lead
  • Build and own our marketing plan across sport, media, entertainment and tech.
  • Create, design and manage campaigns that drive attention, engagement, and inbound opportunities.
  • Elevate the ICP brand with a modern, confident, human tone.
  • Create and manage channel strategy (social, email, content, events, website, podcast, PR).
  • Lead our presence at global events (Sportel, NAB, IBC, Leaders Week, SXSW etc).
CRM, Insights & Growth
  • Own the CRM platform and deliver clear customer journeys.
  • Build automated nurture flows for prospects and warm leads.
  • Use analytics and insights to inform decision‑making.
  • Track funnel performance and tie marketing activity to revenue impact.
Brand & Thought Leadership
  • Shape our public voice alongside the leadership team.
  • Work with the leadership team to create sharp, specialist content.
  • Support and amplify the Authentic Resilience Podcast.
  • Develop campaigns that showcase ICP’s expertise across sport, media, tech and entertainment.
  • Represent ICP Search at industry conferences, panels, events and roundtables.
  • Act as a public ambassador for the brand — confident, credible, curious.
  • Build relationships with partners, associations, networks, and media contacts.
  • Tell the story of who we are and why our work matters.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Partners to support business development.
  • Align marketing with sales, delivery, and search activity.
  • Mentor team members as we scale.
The Person We’re Looking For
  • Strong background in Marketing, CRM and Growth in our niche sectors.
  • Demonstrable experience owning CRM, lifecycle marketing or audience growth.
  • Ability to create and manage campaigns that convert attention into commercial outcomes.
  • Comfort representing a brand externally, i.e. speaking, hosting, presenting.
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling instincts.
  • Highly commercial mindset: knows how marketing drives revenue.
  • Understands the world of technology, human capital, rights holders, federations, broadcasters, OTT/streaming or sports tech.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and ready to lead.
  • Commercially focused. High performance approach.
  • Passionate about sport, media and technology.
  • Calm under pressure; thrives in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
