The Independent Schools Council in Watford seeks an outstanding Head of Boarding to lead and develop our boarding provision, ensuring exceptional care, safeguarding, welfare and personal development for boarders.

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, manage day-to-day operations, and work with senior leaders, parents and staff to deliver a vibrant, inclusive boarding community that aligns with the school's values and National Minimum Standards for Boarding Schools.

Qualifications

• Extensive boarding experience and safeguarding expertise.
• Ability to lead and develop boarding staff.
• Strong communication with parents, pupils and staff.
