Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Salary: £90k - £100k + benefits/bonus

About the Role

We're looking for a commercially minded Head of BI & Data Analytics to shape and lead our clients data strategy. You'll balance strategy and delivery – defining the BI vision, driving data‑led decisions, and building a scalable analytics function.

You’ll oversee everything from governance and data quality to dashboarding and insight generation, supported by a data analyst. This is a great opportunity to create real business impact in a fast‑growing technology and payments environment.
