Qualifikationen

• Significant experience leading supply chain, operations, logistics, or service delivery functions in a complex operational environment.
• Strong understanding of aviation, engineering, maintenance, MRO, or similarly regulated safety-critical operations.
• Proven track record managing operational performance, shortages, repair pipelines, inventory flows, tooling, assets, or equipment availability.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, delivering through others in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable experience working with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to resolve constraints and protect service delivery.
• Relevant professional qualification, degree, or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, logistics, operations, or business management.
