A UK-based charity organization is seeking a Head of Assets & Development to lead the management of housing assets and oversee development programs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in asset management and housing development. This role requires excellent leadership and the ability to ensure compliance with regulations, making a significant impact on the charity's mission.
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: Permanent

United Response is seeking a dynamic Head of Assets and Development to lead the strategic management of our housing assets and oversee the delivery of our housing development programme.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property and housing professional to make a lasting impact in a national charity that provides housing and support for people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
You will ensure our property portfolio is safe, compliant, efficient, and financially sustainable, while drivingnew build and acquisition projects to expand our housing provision. The successful candidate will combinestrategic leadership with hands-on delivery, ensuring excellence acrossasset management, property compliance, maintenance, and housing development.
