Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent education.
• Chartered Status and member of IoH, RICS, RIBA, CIOB or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of current change agenda across the Homes, Environment & Communities Directorate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and optimization of tangible assets.
• Deliver the Asset Management Strategy to the Homes and Assets Directorate.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and risk management.
