Job summary

Babcock International is seeking a Head of Asset Management Data and Digital to lead the strategy, governance and transformation of asset information across the business. This senior role ensures asset data is trusted, accessible and capable of driving informed operational decisions throughout the asset lifecycle.

• Significant leadership experience in data management, information management or digital asset management functions.
• Experience managing enterprise asset information systems and data environments.
• Proven experience implementing data governance frameworks and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrable success delivering analytics, digital transformation or technology-enabled business change programmes.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining the asset information strategy aligned to business objectives and operational requirements.
• Leading enterprise-wide data governance, information quality and data standards initiatives.
• Owning business requirements and strategic roadmaps for enterprise asset management and digital asset management platforms.
• Building advanced analytics capabilities and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
• Driving digital innovation, including the adoption of emerging technologies, artificial intelligence and predictive analytics.
