Job summary

Callosum, based in London, seeks an experienced infrastructure leader to own and scale its physical compute footprint. You will scope sites, design cluster infrastructure, and coordinate deployments across vendors, utilities, and facilities, ensuring reliable operation and fleet-level observability.

The role requires deep expertise in high-density compute, power and cooling design, and cross-team leadership to drive complex deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, deploying, or operating high-density compute infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Scope and deploy new clusters across sites, power, cooling, and networking.
• Coordinate commissioning across facilities, OEMs, and vendors.
• Build and lead the infrastructure team for reliable fleet operations.
• Establish observability, health monitoring, and maintenance programs.
