The new role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the school's admissions, retention process and marketing initiatives, helping to shape the future growth of the school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the admissions and retention process.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the school.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective families, feeder schools, current parents and community partners.
  • Coordinate open days, tours and events.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on enrolment targets and strategic planning.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach with willingness to learn; relevant previous experience in a similar role.
