Job summary

Allianz UK Personal seeks a Head of Actuarial Pricing to lead the pricing function, provide strategic direction and oversight for underwriting performance. The role drives pricing strategy, capabilities and outputs to enable strong trading decisions while pushing data-driven innovation across the business.

The role is based in one of Allianz UK offices (London, Leeds, Bournemouth or Birmingham) with hybrid attendance, and involves coordinating with Underwriting, Finance, Reserving and Technology

Qualifications

• Lead the actuarial pricing function for personal lines to deliver Corporate Plan targets.
• Own pricing forecasts and Best Estimates with robust analysis.
• Develop and maintain pricing capability across the full value chain.
• Build collaborative relationships with Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, Reserving and Tech.
• Lead governance reporting in forums such as Smart Circle and Insurance Committees.
• Manage pricing teams with clear objectives and development plans.
• Ensure pricing activity meets regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
