Allianz UK Personal is seeking a Head of Actuarial Pricing to steer the pricing function, enhance forecasting and analytics, and drive pricing innovation across data, technology and processes. The role requires collaboration with underwriting, finance and reserving to deliver strategic outcomes and regulatory compliance.
The role offers hybrid working across multiple UK offices, with attendance required in-person ~50% of the time and extensive leadership responsibilities.
Allianz UK Personal has an exciting opportunity for Head of Actuarial Pricing to join our team.
The purpose of this role is to lead the Actuarial Pricing function, providing strategic direction, insight and oversight to support the delivery of underwriting performance objectives within the Corporate Plan.
The role is accountable for ensuring pricing strategy, capabilities and outputs enable effective underwriting and trading decisions, while driving innovation across data, technology, analytical methodologies and cross-functional collaboration to enhance pricing sophistication and commercial performance.
Location: This role is be based in one of our London Bishopsgate, Leeds, Bournemouth or Birmingham offices, with an expectation to attend the office 50% of the time.
