House of Commons is seeking an experienced Head of Accommodation to lead and transform accommodation services across the Parliamentary Estate. The role requires leadership of complex environments and a focus on delivering welcoming, efficient and future-ready workplaces for Members and staff.

The position is offered on a hybrid basis, with 40% of time in the office, and opportunities to influence key decisions shaping Parliament’s spaces at the heart of UK democracy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading accommodation, facilities, workplace or customer-facing services with team development.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and make informed decisions for customer needs and organisational goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building to influence senior stakeholders.
