Kingston Park Academy, part of Delta Academies Trust, is seeking a Head of Academy to lead the school on a full-time, permanent basis. The role focuses on internal organisation, professional leadership, and management of staff to raise standards.

The start date is January 2027, with possible Easter 2027 if needs require. You will join a high-performing trust committed to developing leaders and sharing good practice across the Delta network.

Job description

Kingston Park Academy is seeking to appoint a Head of Academy to join the academy on a full-time, permanent basis. The expected start date is January 2027, although, subject to the needs of the academy, the appointment may commence from Easter 2027.

As a Head of Academy, you will be responsible for all aspects of the internal organisation, professional leadership, management, and control of the academy and for leading supervision over teaching and support staff.

Your new school

Kingston Park is a single-form entry primary school catering for pupils from 3 - 11 years.
