Medivet West Green is seeking a Lead Veterinary Nurse to guide and develop the nursing team, delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the Vet with procedures. The role offers a competitive salary up to £40,000, with a 1-in-6 weekend rota and bank holiday coverage.

You’ll be a RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse passionate about high standards of care and team development, working in a close-knit, supportive practice in London.

As a Nurse you will be accountable for the clinical delivery of nurse led appointments and will be required to support the Vet with procedures as required ensuring we deliver exceptional care always there to our clients, patients and colleagues whilst maintaining the highest levels of regulatory and operational standards and compliance.

Typically, in this role, you’ll:

• Deliver exceptional care to patients, carrying out nurse led appointments and schedule 3 activities, supporting consults, surgeries and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards
• Deliver patient monitoring and care, and manage admissions and discharges
• Deliver exceptional care to your clients
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team
