Purosearch Ltd. is recruiting for an RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse in a trusted independent practice in Surrey, just 40 minutes from London. The role offers leadership to a friendly team and scope to develop your career in a calm, compassionate setting where pets come first.

You will manage a varied workload—from routine health checks to surgery and advanced diagnostics—while supporting the team and delivering outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS.
• Clinical coaching experience is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead an experienced, supportive team with a focus on preventative care.
• Handle a varied caseload including routine health checks, surgery, diagnostics and referrals.
• Collaborate with the wider veterinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Lead an experienced, supportive team who have a focus on preventative care and wellness. Cover a varied caseload of routine health checks, surgery, advanced diagnostics, and referrals in a practice that is a genuinely enjoyable workplace.

They currently has 3 RVNs and an exciting expansion in the works. It's a great time to join to lead the way for the next phase of the practice.
