Qualifications

• Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Confident working independently and leading others.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of four engineers.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical fault finding.
• Work on ovens, mixers, conveyors, and other machinery.
• Complete daily checks, PPM, and reactive maintenance.
• Manage stock ordering for worn parts.
