• Experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a care setting.
• Ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of resident care and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of cleaning and hygiene within the home.
• Supervise your team and encourage their development.
