Richmond Village Willaston, part of Bupa, is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead the village housekeeping team and uphold first-class cleanliness for residents and visitors. You will allocate tasks, manage schedules, train staff, and work closely with managers to prioritise arrivals, retreats, and sales activities.

With previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, you understand the importance of working to high standards and maintaining a safe working environment. Experience of managing a team, using cleaning substances, operating cleaning equipment and knowledge of a care environment would be advantageous. Organised and self‑motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative, you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work. With strong communication skills, you're sensitive to the needs of others and flexible in your approach when working as part of a team.
