Qualifications

What Your Role will involve
  • To regularly monitor quality and standards of service and assess shortfalls of success, implementing remedial actions required.
  • Control stock levels of linen, cleaning chemicals and consumables.
  • Ensure all deliveries meet order requirements and quality in line with purchasing specifications.
  • Maintain secure stock storage.
  • Monitor linen quality.
  • Manage, support the housekeeping team.
  • Management of all HR related matters.
As the ideal Head Housekeeper, you must have
  • Preferably 1 year of housekeeping experience
  • Prior experience of at least one year in a similar position
  • Have extremely high standards
  • Train and develop your team
  • Have great organisational skills
