Exemplar Health Care’s Primrose Place in Coalville is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead the new Housekeeping Team in a state-of-the-art home. You will set and maintain high cleanliness standards, manage daily and weekly routines, and ensure a welcoming environment for residents and staff.

You don’t need specific qualifications, but GCSEs in English and Maths may help; supervisory experience is useful. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a rate of up to £13.27 per hour.

Do you take pride in your cleaning standards and attention to detail? As Head Housekeeper, you'll ensure that our home is clean and welcoming home for the people who live and work here.

You'll be responsible for setting and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the home, ensuring a comfortable environment for the people we support.

You will lead the brand new Housekeeping Team in our new state of the art purpose built home. You'll have the chance to really make your mark.

About the role

Our Head Housekeeper plays a key role in leading all daily and weekly cleaning routines of their Housekeeping Team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• carrying out cleaning schedules with your team, including dusting, mopping, polishing and vacuuming
• overseeing your team's cleaning of all areas, including residents' rooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, kitchens and offices
• building trust and promoting choice, dignity and independence.
