Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head Housekeeper to join the team at Chestnut View Care Home, a highly-rated 60-bed residential, nursing, and dementia care facility in Haslemere, Surrey. As the Head Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and infection prevention control throughout the home, leading a team of housekeeping staff to ensure a warm and inviting environment for the residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of the care home, ensuring facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Lead, train, supervise and support the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
• Implement and maintain robust infection prevention control measures in partnership with the clinical team.
