• Proven experience in a senior housekeeping role, ideally within a luxury or boutique hotel.
• Natural leader with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent eye for detail and commitment to maintaining five-star standards.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Recruit, schedule, and develop housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and efficient team culture.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel. You’ll be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring a seamless guest experience that reflects The NICI’s signature style and attention to detail.
