Job description

Madisons are looking for a Horticultural Team Leader to get started on an a permanent basis for a client of ours covering sites in and around Berkshire, Surrey and West London

Candidates must have a Full UK Drivers License for this position – will be required to use a company vehcile

Responsibilities

• Leading & assisting the team with general grounds maintenance, strimming, hedge cutting, pruning and weed control.
• Installation of lawns, artificial lawns, tree’s, plants
• Using machinery such as strimmers, mowers, hedge cutters & more
• Install of Plant boxes
• Planting
• Residential and commercial projects
• Oversee the Landscaping, turfing and planting duties by operative on site

Requirements

• Previous Grounds Maintenance/ Horticultural experience required.
• Previous Team Leader experience
• Driving licence (Essential)
• 7:30am- 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Level 1/ 2 in Horticulure Prefered
