Job summary

The Head Gardener role at Fresh Horticultural Careers on behalf of a prestigious private estate in West London seeks an experienced horticultural professional to lead garden care, plant management and seasonal planning. You will work independently to maintain an exceptionally high standard of presentation and flora health.

The ideal candidate has a recognised horticultural qualification, excellent plant knowledge, and strong communication skills. PA1/PA6 are desirable but not essential.
