Based in the thick of the action on our dynamic ground floor, as the Head Concierge you will be the key to unlocking the best of London for our visitors, ensuring every stay is exceptional and memorable.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the concierge team to deliver all performance – commercial, operational, customer, and team.
  • Provide guests with expert advice on local attractions, dining, and entertainment.
  • Efficiently handle guest requests and resolve any issues with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of The Ned's services and amenities.
  • Proven leadership experience within a concierge team is essential, ideally within a similar environment.
  • Membership of Les Clefs D'Or.
  • A proven track record of delivering outstanding people management and commercial performance in a similar role.
  • Multilingual skills will be beneficial, but are not essential.
  • Our concierge team is a constant presence in the heart of the ground floor, so you will bring a bright personality and genuine warmth with a passion for outstanding hospitality.
  • Our ground floor hosts live music every day and multiple bars and restaurants. This can be a lively and high‑pressure environment, so a calm demeanour and ability to defuse situations and turn them into positives is extremely valuable.
Qualifications
  • Membership of Les Clefs D'Or or equivalent credentials.
  • Experience managing a concierge team in a high‑end hospitality setting.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages desirable.
  • Ready to work in a dynamic, high‑energy environment.
