A leading property management company is seeking a Head Concierge to lead a team in South West London. The candidate will manage service standards, ensure a high level of customer service, and oversee daily front desk operations. Description
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of concierges, porters, and front-of-house staff.
  • Develop and implement service standards, ensuring consistency across all shifts.
  • Manage staff schedules, performance reviews, and ongoing training programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and VIPs.
  • Anticipate resident needs and provide personalized services (e.g., reservations, deliveries, transport, event coordination).
  • Handle resident feedback, complaints, and requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring a polished and welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate building access, deliveries, and visitor management systems.
Requirements
  • Experience in Residential or 5* Hotels.
